Fertiliser for new growth in coming months- Water actively gorwing plants (if dry hold off pruning)
- Pest prevention
- Prune and deadhead winter/spring flowering shrbs ( incl. callistemon, grevillea, )
- Major prune azaleas if not done in august
- Hibiscus prune
- Cut back summer flowering tropicals (allamanda, pentas, plumbago)
- Can start prining tropical foliage (acalyphas and crotons)
- Prune cordylines to stop leggyness
- Mulch
- Deadhead
- Gardening events and shows
